What to Expect at Your Appointment

• Arrive at your scheduled time at the tax site.
• You will meet virtually with an IRS-certified tax preparer to complete your intake and tax return.
• An in-person facilitator will be on site to help you upload documents, answer basic questions, and assist with electronic signatures.
• Your tax return will be prepared, reviewed, and finalized before you leave the site.
• If additional information is needed, staff will explain next steps before your appointment ends.
